Dinners Galore is a great gathering place for family, friends, co-workers and organizations. You and your group will have EXCLUSIVE use of our store and our special party/banquet room along with snacks, beverages, music, and outstanding service. Enjoy spending time with your friends AND preparing up to a months worth of dinners for your family at the same time!
Each of your guests will choose and pay for their own menu selections so you don't have to worry about a thing!

Decide on date/time that works for your group. Then call or email our Party Coordinator to book your party: 925-456-3257 or email to parties@dinnersgalore.com.
Sessions can be in the daytime, evenings, or on
Saturdays. Please call our party coordinator to confirm availability of chosen date/time. We suggest booking your private party at least 4 weeks in advance.*
Please note that a minimum of 8 registrations are required for a private party, with a maximum of 16 registrations. If there are not 8 registrations 10 days in advance* of your party, we'll simply open it up to the public so that others have the opportunity to register for the remaining openings. If your party does open to the public, those who have registered to date will still be guaranteed their spot and additional friends may still register for your chosen session; they simply no longer need a password.

Once your party is booked your group will be assigned a special party code that is unique for your party attendees to sign up only for your chosen date & time. Your party/group name will appear on our online calendar and only your guests will be able to sign up for that time slot.

Within 24 hours of booking your private party, we will send you an online “Party Coordinator” informational packet. Once you receive this you can then begin to send invitations to your guests using our online
party invitation your guests.

Your guests will simply log onto our site, choose the dinners they want to make and pay for their package. That’s all they have to do and you don’t have to worry about orders or payment, we do all that for you.

On the day of the event, the Dinners Galore staff will have everything prepared and waiting. Each of your guests rotate through designated workstations to make the dinners they have chosen in advance.

Throughout your session, our talented (and fun) staff is available to answer questions, provide cooking tips, and clean up after you.

*PRIVATE PARTY TERMS:
- No deposits or upfront fees needed to book a party
- No credit card needed to hold party date.
- Please remember that in order to reserve our entire facility for your party you must have a MINIMUM of 8 reservations. Please note that if your guests split their reservation with a friend, this only counts as 1 reservation. Each private party must have 8 reservations – choosing either the 8 or 12 Dinner package.
- Please note that a minimum of 8 reservations are required 10 days in advance of private party, with a maximum of 16 reservations otherwise session is open to public.
- In order to retain your party as “private” you must hit two key dates – need a minimum of 6 reservations booked 14 days in advance of your party and a minimum of 8 or more reservations booked 10 days in advance of your party. Please encourage your guests to sign up early! If they sign up too late, it may cause you to not meet the minimum number required and open up the session to the public.
- Please note that two people sharing a reservation only count as 1 reservation. Each reservation must be for 8 or more dinners. The Sampler (4) dinner reservation does not apply for Private parties.
